Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-Factor Authentication is a requirement for all players on Mohegan Sun Casino NJ. This feature cannot be disabled, so it is important to keep your information up to date.

You can choose either text messages via SMS Short Code, or using a One Time Password from your Authenticator app.

To select the method, you would like to use, click on the top right menu icon, select Information & Security, then select Update 2 factor choice

Select the method you would like to use, then click Next.

If you are switching to the Authenticator App, a QR code will appear. Scan this code through your Authenticator App, and from there, your code will now appear for you in the app.

Once successfully entered, the device with which you are logging in is considered verified for 13 days. During this period, you will not be prompted to re-enter your verification code. After the 13 day period is up, you will be sent a new verification code when you attempt to log in.

The 13-day verification is valid per device. If you log in through a new device during this period, you will be sent a new verification code.

The text verification codes are valid for 1 time use within 10 minutes. If you enter the code incorrectly or you do not receive the code within 10 minutes, you will need to request a new code.
